Adding New Subdivision in Tallahassee, FL to Waze Map!

Hello!
I’m trying to add a few streets to the Waze Map Editor and I’m having some trouble. The specific area I’m needing to edit is in Southwood area.

At the intersection of Orange Avenue and Jasmine Hill Road there is a brand new subdivision just north of that intersection. Jasmine Hill Road now moves north and has two roads that branch off to the left. The first road is Grove Landing Court and the second road is Mount Vernon Lane. Is there someone who can assist? The zipcode for this region is 32311. Thanks!
