Hi there, I have been trying to resolve this for some time and it seems to have not been fixed on Waze end. We have moved our business to 11 Perth Road, Broadmeadow NSW 2292 AUSTRALIA.
When you enter the address into waze, number 11 doesn’t exist. It just drops randomly further up Perth Road. I have requested changes to be made but basically I need someone to help me set up my business on here. I have tried to do it via the map editor online but, nothing seems to have changed.

The place was already mapped on Waze, but I’ve made a couple of corrections to the details and removed a duplicate entry that it looks like you tried to create.
You should be able to see the navigation to your location in the Waze Live Map. Note that most mapped businesses aren’t visible directly on the map, but they are still searchable and navigable.

Hi Tim, the business itself is fine and thanks for fixing the duplicate however, it’s when I search the address itself, it doesn’t exist. For example entering 11 Perth road in the search drops a pin 200 meters away. See image it takes ppl to the wrong place. If you do the same you’ll see the number doesn’t exist on the road. Only if someone searches the business they’ll find us but if they located via the address only it wouldn’t work

I’ve added a couple of street numbers too, but there doesn’t seem to be much information about actual street numbers for Perth Rd in Street View or in other authorised sources.

Can we appear similar to how McDonald’s does? Or it doesn’t work like that.
It just seems weird that the business pulls the number 11 however, not the street itself. The business is facing lambton road as we take up the whole block front to back, I know we had issues with that because the entry and address is Perth Road
The front address is 92 lambton road, Broadmeadow (but that is not the entrance or mailing address)

Some changes take a couple of days to be available on the live map. You just need to be patient. But anyone looking for your business by name should be navigated to the correct location.
Part of the problem is that most of Perth Rd doesn’t seem to have house numbers. If Google Maps has house numbers then Waze can make use of them - but Perth Rd has very little in the way of house numbering, which would explain why the initial estimates of where number 11 would be were off. Most of the properties on the block seem to have a property number from Lambton Rd, not not Perth St.

You are correct, Tim. I wonder if I should flag this with google too to advise them. I’m not sure how business addresses work but it is driving me crazy!
We’ve already added the house numbers that we have, there’s nothing more to be done on the Waze map. You don’t need to provide a property report or anything else.
