Address placement in condo complex (San Mateo)

There is a large Condo complex in San Mateo CA (Woodlake) where some of the addresses show up in the middle of the complex.

e.g. 820 N. Delaware shows up in the middle of the pool area. it is supposed to be where the arrow is shown in the attached image, or it can be marked on the same street entry as 818 N. Delaware.

When driving there from the west, directions say to enter on Humboldt St. Even when I am on Delaware St, it tries to send me to Humboldt.

This is especially problematic when trying to use Uber or Lyft and they are using Waze.

Many condo complexes do not have publicly available information on addresses on their buildings. This is what I see when I log into the San Mateo County property maps website. As you can see, the addresses are not on top of buildings. As a matter of fact, there are 2 818s.

Can you provide a map of the addresses so we can add them in?
