Hi there, I’m responding to a UR in which the Wazer says he is being routed to the old location of a supermarket that has been relocated (Aldi, Rhyl). Coincidentally I had already relocated it to the new position, however I have since noticed in the app that as they are a sponsored brand at the moment, the Aldi ‘flag’ still appears on the old location. Searching for Aldi Rhyl in the app now brings up the sponsored link, which takes you to the old location, a second option also points to the old location even though the address appears to have been updated to the new, and a third which is the one I moved, which does direct to the new position. Is there a way to stop Waze suggesting these old locations, as there is now no editable place on the WME, I expect it’s something to do with the fact it’s an ad?
Hi Gareth, there is a form to report ad pins in the wrong place. This normally get them moved fairly quickly.
