Add a new location to the map

Good afternoon.
Can anyone help me? I need to add a new location to the map, but I follow all the steps and when I go to save it tells me I don’t have permission… what could be the reason? What mistake might I be making?
I appreciate your advice. Regards

Hi Javier. It must be because you don’t have records of having driven with the app in that area. When you log into the editor, make sure you sign in with the same username you have registered in the app and activate the “Editable Areas” layer.
