Hello, I would really appreciate it if you could help me fix my home address on Waze. The correct address is: “Av. João Pessoa Guerra, 145 - Pilar, Ilha de Itamaracá, Pernambuco”. However, when we enter this same address into Waze, it leads to a completely different location. We are struggling with this as many deliveries are lost when drivers use Waze for guidance.

I rejected your suggestion for two reasons:
- Name: do not include the city name; the correct format would be → Stúdio DM Salão de Beleza
- Description: The description should only contain information relevant to the location, in a simple, direct, and useful way to distinguish it from others with similar names. The information must be neutral and timeless.

Subject: Request to update the name of the urban section of PE-130 – Municipality of Taquaritinga do Norte/PE
Dear Sirs/Madams,
I am writing to respectfully request an update to the naming of the urban section of State Highway PE-130, located in the Municipality of Taquaritinga do Norte, State of Pernambuco.
According to municipal legislation, the section between the city entrance cloverleaf and the Jucá Football Field has been officially named Avenida Sargento Otacílio Coelho da Mata.
The regulation itself clarifies that the aforementioned avenue is intersected by PE-130, which is why the highway remains administratively extant, coexisting with the urban name assigned to the section situated within the city limits.
Therefore, I respectfully request that the cartographic update of this segment be carried out in Waze Maps, to be listed as:
Primary name: Avenida Sargento Otacílio Coelho da Mata
Alternative name: PE-130
Should it be necessary to split the highway segment so that only the urban section receives the official name of the avenue, I am entirely at your disposal to provide any clarifications or additional information to assist the technical team.
To facilitate the analysis of this request, the following documents are attached:

What we can do is leave this designation as an ‘alternative name’, since it was approved by Municipal Legislation.
