I would like to request a name update for a place that is locked at level 3. I am a level 1 editor and do not have permission to make the change.
Location details:
The business located at this address has started operating under the name Silva, Santana & Teston Advogados, and I request an update to the record to correctly reflect the location’s identification on Waze.
I appreciate the support from editors with the permission to make this change.
If possible, please change the location’s image to the current one attached

Thanks @mucagba! Do you know how I can get my company name to appear as a permanent label on the Waze map, similar to the example in the image, without the user having to search for the business? The business listing on Google Business Profile is already updated and has the correct location.
This is not a feature that can be enabled, meaning we do not have the power to display or not display the business name on the map. This display is for the sole purpose of location reference for Waze app users.
But you have the option to display your business on Waze through Google ADS (paid advertising), as in the example below:

Hi everyone! I need help correcting two distinct locations in Porto Belo/SC.
The location selected in the permalink below is the old address of Verdade Igreja. This building remains active, but only for the Hype and Brave youth and teen ministries. Therefore, it should not be deleted or moved to Rua Ênio José Guerreiro.
The inconsistency is that the old location is linked, under “External providers”, to the Google listing “Verdade Igreja, R. Ênio José Guerreiro, 13, Porto Belo/SC”. Drivers who receive the correct address are being directed to the old building.
I kindly ask to:
There is already a pending suggestion in WME, submitted on September 1, 2026, which requires approval from a Level 3 editor.

Ah yes, it looks like this:
Rua da Verdade, 85 - pereque - Porto Belo = Verdade Church Youth and Teen Space
Rua Ênio José Guerreiro, 13 - Perequê - Porto Belo = Verdade Church - Main Temple
Both addresses exist, but they serve different purposes and cannot be linked.
Changes and site approval completed.
The arrival point is apparently correct.
Because it’s wrong on Google; if you search Google for Verdade Igreja - Jovens e Adolescentes, the location will appear on Rua Verdade, but with the address of Rua Ênio José Guerreiro. I have already requested the correction on Google.
In a few days, the map will be updated. After that, perform a new test. If you have problems, go to Settings > General > Update Map of My Area. (If this option does not appear, go to search, type 2##2, and tap search) Also delete any address or location from your search history and perform a new search.
In this case, I am the pastor of the church and many people—quite a few, actually—who come to visit us are ending up at the old temple. Waze is currently 100% correct. On Maps, when you search, the first result is the youth and adolescents space and people don’t even read it; they just tap and go to the wrong address. Today there were 30 people waiting for the church to open. (Our Sunday attendance exceeds 1,000 people). We put up a large sign to warn those caught off guard until all of this is sorted out. Interestingly, everything was correct; we moved a year ago and I updated everything, and then suddenly, 15 days ago, this problem started. It seems Google erroneously merged the two addresses.
