I’m writing to request an adjustment to the Club Banco Ciudad pin.
In the mobile app, the point appears in the middle of the grounds instead of at the entrance gate on the street, and the route leads to another street (is it perhaps the closest point to the pin?).
Hi! That happens because if there is no entry point, it will take you to the closest location relative to your point of origin and route. We have already added the Madero Street entrance as the main entry point.
Check it whenever you can, it should be there now.

Just a side note: they are two different names for the same place (one comes from Google), which is why the pin is slightly shifted and the original routing ended up being different.
