well according to http://arcgis.newwestcity.ca/Html5Viewer4122/index.html?viewer=CNWPublicMap, it does exist, I double checked, and research matters, There are no addresses down this street, but the length is substantial enough to drive on

I agree the road dedication still exists. The road doesn’t exist. It would be inappropriate to add to the map.
