My name is Ruth Bense and I am an employee at Supporte Logística.
We have received an internal request to review and correct several of our unit addresses that are appearing incorrectly on Waze.
I tried to make the adjustments directly through the app and the website, but I do not have editing permissions. Therefore, I am reaching out to understand the correct procedure, or who I can speak with, to request these updates.
We have branches and distribution centers in several states across Brazil, so we would like to find the best way to rectify all the addresses at once, if possible.
Could you please guide me on how to proceed or which channel I should follow to resolve this?
I need to report back to my leadership with a solution.

To be able to edit, you must have driven through that location. You won’t be able to do it alone, but the community can help. If you have a list of all the correct addresses, I believe the community can assist.
Right here on the forum is fine.
If possible, please also send the Google Maps link with the unit’s location. It makes it easier when looking it up on the Waze map.

I recently got in touch here and sent over the list of addresses that need updating for the distribution points where I work.
Before I provide an update to my supervisors, I’d like to confirm if there’s any estimate for when these changes will start appearing on the map… or if there’s an average timeframe for updates to become visible on Waze.
I’d also like to know if I should check each address individually to confirm the update, or if there’s a report or a more practical way to track the progress.
