APP/WEB issues with account

Hello,
Couldn’t find anything specific. Sorry if there is anything about that. And have to say that support options is very poor. :frowning:

  1. First thing is that I’m unable to update my email address through the app. Each time I open app it shows empty input field.

  2. Then trying to login to my account through the web it shows:
    "Oops!
    Something went wrong.

We’re working on it right now. Please try again later."
3. About the rating: it shows that I’m still a baby despite that yesterday I was on next one. Got point for submitting and driving but still it shows 0 points.

Don’t know why this is happening. But can you update your email through the web? https://www.waze.com/dashboard
