The signboard only shows “mayfair” and not matching the requested " Mayfair Bodyline Beauty Wellness"
Hence the request will be rejected

Replying here for transparency since you slid into my DMs.

Firstly, please be patient and do not approach multiple editors on different modes of contacts as we are all volunteers doing this out of our free time and has editing access to the location your request is in, someone will get back to you as soon as they are available and able to handle your request.

And as mentioned by @omegahawk above, our local editing guidelines only allow naming a place based on what is shown on your signboard, as Waze is a driving companion and that’s all there is to it, and shall be kept simply that way. However as you have many branches around the country, we can name it Mayfair Taman Johor Jaya for example, with the locality named according to your list of branches on your website. No symbols such as “@”, “-”, etc. should be included unless these are visible on the signboard.
