Steps to reproduce this issue:
An edit suggestion of mine was approved, but the edit was not visible on the map, or in the history of the segment.

Doesn’t apply to me as the suggestions usually go through just fine, even when the same user approves them.

That’s because Rob entered another ES on the same turn once we discovered the first one didn’t come through

We found another one where the same thing happened. This time by two other editors.

Hello! I just noticed that I’m having the same issue, made some visual instruction suggestions, got them approved by another editor, and they didn’t show up at all.
Here’s the link to the suggestions, all changes were approved, but the instruction suggested is empty. Both screenshots are from the linked suggestion.

The suggestion was approved by @elijahpruitt, but it doesn’t show in the edit history on the segment.
This example demonstrates that hovering over “see suggested” shows the visual the turn currently has, and not always a blank one. I have experienced similar issues (on WME Production, USA) where I have submitted edit suggestions for VI.
On this segment and this segment, the VI edit suggestion I submitted shows as accepted in the history, with no changes since then.. however it does not show on the active map.
On this segment, the Road Shield Assistant script shows there is VI, however my suggestion and its later acceptance are completely missing from the history.
Thank you @AngryDragonX @h4ck3r1248 @mikejeep47 for all your examples, they’ve been added to the internal ticket for further investigation - it is still being worked on and I will let you know when there is an update.
