Waze allows you to edit existing segments in areas where you have recently driven with Waze turned on.
The segments you can edit depend on your editor level; you will be able to edit segments that are locked at a level equal to or lower than your own.
For segments locked at a higher level, you will need to request in this forum for an editor to lower the lock level of the segment you want to edit.
To do this, you must state the reason (what you want to fix) and your editor level so it can be lowered to that level.
The way to indicate which segment you want to edit is by sending the permalink (a link to the map editor with the segment selected).
To generate it, select the segment(s) you want to edit, then in the top right there is a button that looks like a chain link; by clicking it, you can generate the permalink, which will be saved to your clipboard so you can paste it wherever you like.
