Some Waze editor groups have started using Google+ “group hangouts” … ongoing chats. Combined with this state forum, the Private Message (PM) system, SLACK channels, the open WME chat function, and the Waze topic forums … it’s one more tool we can use. Some states have little activity. Some states have quite active participation.
We are starting a Google hangout for Arkansas. It will be a great way to communicate in a closed group, amongst editors that work in the state. It will be especially useful for timely unlocks requests, answers on situations new to you, or a chance to discuss methods to handle the map. And free to use for informal chat within our group.
If you are interested, PM me with your email address and I will send the INVITE. If you already are registered with Google+, I’d suggest using that address.
You are welcome to join, whether you live in Arkansas or edit in the state regularly. If you’re not interested in GHO … please be sure to “occasionally” check your PMs, this forum, and the Arkansas Wiki page.
