Soy un editor L2, pero necesito un editor L4 para arreglar el problema.

Este segmento L2 se conecta con un segmento L4, pero como pueden ver en el permalink, el segmento L2 tiene una flecha ROJA hacia el segmento L4 lo cual está completamente incorrecto. Esta es la mejor ruta de Mayaguez hacia Cabo Rojo, pero nunca es seleccionada como una ruta ya que los segmentos no están “conectados”.

I see that the segment has been fixed, but the route is not highlighted still. The reason is that the starting point of this segment is “disconnected” from PR-100 (S) and “Salida 161”:

I “reconnected” both segments, but the main segment is level 4, so I cannot change the arrow from RED to GREEN.

Yes it does. I can not edit that area. But I will take a look and get someone that can get it fix .
