I believe you weren’t able to edit it in Waze because it doesn’t exist in Waze. This search result seems to come from Google Maps (Waze uses results from many search engines, merged with Waze content).
I see in Google Maps that the old “Cosentino Maria Dr” entry has been updated there, however, that change has not yet been fed to the Waze search database (it will, eventually).
Users can search for “cosentino dent” and while no results show in the quick-list, when they hit Return or choose ‘More results for “cosentino dent”’ then Waze reaches back to Google to do a proper search, and the updated Google entry can be found.
The other alternative is to create a Waze Place as well, which we then connect to the Google entry. I will do this for you now. This should allow the quick-list to be populated with the Cosentino Dental Care entry as soon as I create it.
I hope this gives you some insight into how the Waze search works, and also addresses your concerns.
