Steps to reproduce this issue:

  • Select an UR with an Automatic question from Map_Team.
  • Send a new message on that UR
    Then the User Name of the automatic question is : 2218201706

Hello @la-colle ,

Thank you for reporting the problem.

I checked the shared UR and the username has switched back to Map_Team(6), so the username change appears to be temporary. However, we will investigate the issue further to find the root cause.

Once I have any updates from the team, I will let you know.

Yes it seems random :slight_smile: Sometimes I obtain the name some other time I obtain the Id.
