I live in Costa Rica. The option “Avoid toll roads” is not available for my country yet. I was traveling to USA a few weeks ago and the option was enabled there, so I used it. Even so, I forgot to turn off that option, and now here in Costa Rica Waze keeps avoiding toll roads but I am not able to turn it off because the option is not available here. What can I do?

I just made the test and it works, but you must disable all network connections before changing the preferences file, then open waze, change toll settings in navigation tab and finally enable network connections.
Maybe reinstalling the app will help also.
