Good afternoon editors,

Perhaps you can help me with marking a road closure for a limited period. This marking on Waze will help significantly with traffic management and driver comfort.

The 4 segments in Colares, Sintra shown in the attached image (Av. Luis Augusto Colares and Rua de São Lourenço) will be closed to traffic on August 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 (2026) between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM (you can use 11:59 PM if it’s simpler).

Reason: Festas de São Lourenço

Would it be possible to ensure this closure on Waze during the indicated time period?

Thank you,

Miguel Mendes

Hello goncalovm76,

Thank you for the quick action. I have checked the segment and cutoff times and confirm that everything is as expected.

On behalf of the festivities organization, I thank you for your contribution.
