Bad email link sent in the email responses to UR Reporters

I don’t know where I should post this, so I am trying it here. When we respond to URs, the UR reporter receives an automated email with the following footer attached to the email.

The video tutorial is very out of date - the interface is the old cartouche interface (11 years ago). Can we either link to a more recent video or remove it?

Thanks for bringing this up.

We’re aware of the issue and are planning to resolve it.

This is a complex issue since the emails are very old and as such, they’re very unstable.

Our solution includes a full revamp of the emails while we move them to another emailing system which will allow frequent QA and updates, but it also means we’re going to have to be patient with these emails for a while longer.

We’ll keep the community posted as our plans to redo these emails move forward,
