Turn should not be allowed from Gen. Luna to Assumption Road because it is a one way route.

I have checked the turn you mentioned, and there are several GPS tracks in both directions.
You are referring to the turn, when travelling east-bound on Gen Luna and turning left to Assumption right? In any case, both Gen Luna and Assumption in all directions, have GPS tracks on them, meaning people travel in both directions on both roads.
Are there any signs on the junction that prohibit the left turn from Gen Luna eastbound, to Assumption southbound?
