You hadn’t selected any road segments before copying the link but I’m guessing it’s The Grove and Northgate you need unlocking to add a parking road to the car park you created.
I’ve unlocked the segments for you.
I doubt "1 The Grove" is the correct name for the car park.

Thanks for deducing the roads that needed unlocking! I’ve added the parking road through the car park. Following your point, I changed the name to The Grove Car Park, as that is what Bradford Council has it as. 1 The Grove was from parkopedia. I added some more car park details too. I’m not sure if I’ve defined the entry point correctly; I’m a little unsure about what it is showing me.
