(Bangkok) Railroad

While editing in Bangkok West I stumbled upon a railroad marked and connected as a street.
Question : do we map the railroads?
If Yes, what are the guidelines : road name, height level, etc.?

Without further guidance I’ll designate railroads as followed:

City: No City
Streetname: Railroad
Type: Railroad
Direction: 2-way
Height: -5
Lvl: at least 4, or as high as my own level
