I’d like to inform that the parking garage Mercat Sant Adrià is actually located inside the ZBE. I’m currently on vacation at Costa Brava and spontaneously drove to Barcelona, where I searched for a parking garage which is outside the ZBE but close to a metro station.
According to the Waze routing it can be accessed without entering the ZBE but just 50m before the entrance the ZBE begins. The attached foto has been taken at the end of Carrer Andreu Soler (outside ZBE), intersecting Carrer del Bogatell (inside ZBE).
