Noticed this camera is only called out by Waze as a speed camera. It is also a red light camera. All fixed cameras in Tempe do both simultaneously.
Thank you for reaching out. Both cameras at this location are configured as speed and red light cameras. The app should display both types, but sometimes both types do not get displayed due to app limitations. I hope that helps!
