I’ve reduced this to L1 for you to make the changes. You haven’t been specific in your post about whether it’s permanently suspended, or just for the festive period/roadworks etc, so please ensure you’re adding another restriction to cover when the suspension is lifted again. Maybe consider adding a comment in WME here too to inform other local editors what the rationale behind these changes are

I’ve spoken to the Traffic Management Team for BANES Council, who have confirmed that this restriction was implemented as part of an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (TRO 18-015), which has now expired, and as such, the restriction is indefinitely no longer active.
Further, if this restriction was to be re-implemented, it would be subject to the full consultation and approval process, so I’m confident that removing this restriction will not become incorrect in the near future, as there are no such talks to reinstate the restriction.
