Being approved to make updates

Map Editors Community Update/Unlock Request

Hi! I am a level 1 users and I am trying to update the hours for a business that my agency manages. When I open the Waze map editor I don’t seem to have the permissions to even update the hours to be approved by someone at a higher level. What should I do?

Also, I thought that Waze would sync with the Google maps listing for information. Is this not the case any more?

The hours should be:

  • Monday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Tuesday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Wednesday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Thursday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Sunday Closed

If you have not driven in the area with Waze running, you will not be able to update it. This is a direct link to the venue in the map editor. I’ll get the local community’s attention. In the future, I suggest posting in the correct state forum (CT is here)
