I would like to be able to edit the following segments.

The road from one roundabout to the the next has a 30mph speed limit and two speed cameras. Waze has them as 40mph speed limit.

You’ve linked to the A452 Chester Road, the section between Tyburn Road and Orphanage Road is already mapped as 30 mph on the Waze map, including the speed cameras.

If you’re actually highlighting the section between Opus Aspect and Tyburn Road, I have made this change as there is currently a worldwide restriction on L1 editors making changes to segments.
