Dunno, I was on 20k this week which was about right as I’ve done a lot of edits, and so picked up a lot of editing candies. I picked up 8x 750 point editing candies alone this morning on my 100 mile head office run, however, that does not amount to the 30k I got today!
I’m guessing that all the missing driving points are finally catching up as everyone got them. I’ve been suspecting for a while that most of my driving points from when AWS crashed right up until after the issues when iOS 5/Waze 3 launched were not being counted, but it’s difficult to say.
Maybe it’s a big mistake and they’ll take them all back?
I’ve been trying to do big points at the recently to catch up a bit with Bain …
I’ve also noticed that my road reports that have been stuck on 299 for ages (since the release of Waze 3.0?) have now jumped up to 337, not a lot be I think we’re seeing months of lost points finally being added?
Ok, I’ve done quite some map edits over the weekend but compared with the last stats I see that mainly the “Waze Cookie Eater meters” have increased dramatically. Maybe there was a change in counting those meters?
I just happened to have a screenshot of my dashboard from 7 days ago, so I checked again:
I’ve done 4k edits and eaten 1km of cookies. My points have gone up by 25k! :o
There’s a thread somewhere about bonus candies not being credited - perhaps these have just been backdated?
Likewise, between 14th and 20th December I’ve done 7,000 edits, 38 alerts, 275 miles, solved 8 URs, 14 forum posts and 40,000 feet of cookies. I’ve gained approx 40,500 points for this but would have though it was more like 20,000.
Does anyone know how many points you get per 1000 feet of cookies?
