Current mapping guidance (https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/UnitedKingdom/Speed_Limits#Setting_speed_limits) is not to split segments for the purposes of accurate speed limit change placement within around 100ft of a junction, and in this case the distance between the limit change and the junction node is only slightly more than this at 115ft, so I’d go with leaving this as-is.
