Waze darf sich einfach nicht wundern, wenn die Nutzer davon laufen.
Dadurch, dass eine Plattform den von den Benutzer generierten Inhalt mutwillig zerstört, vergeht einem die Lust, zukĂŒnftig etwas beizutragen, wenn man jeden Tag damit rechnen muss, dass am nĂ€chsten Morgen nichts mehr davon ĂŒbrig ist.
Der korrekte Weg wĂ€re gewesen, die Warnung in der App zu ĂŒberdenken und nicht alle Blitzer auf der Karte zu löschen.

Allthough they offer a lot of Apps like this in the App store. And now they are about to implement google search to waze, what a shame!
I understand the frustrations, however, for iOS appstore itâs very clear that apps who not follow the local law, arenât allowed. Iâm pretty surprised nothing was done about it before.
âŠbutâŠwith these stupid laws owning a smartphone or laptop shouldnât be allowed, as you can for example visit a website for informing. Or think about cloud products. Probably a cloud version of waze can be a backdoor, as there is no speedcam info stored local.
Well they offer other products in the play store like trapster or a few others, so we have to switch to other solutions.

Iâve never seen if you get an audio warning from the app or not for those. But on the editor there is a type of landmark you can create called âDanger Zoneâ.
Does anyone know if the Waze app tells you when you enter/approach one?
We could simply replace the radars we had on the map with a Danger zone landmark placed in the editor on roads where they are and people could be warned that way.

But I think it is not good optics that would indicate the speeds cameras this way. This goes against the current guidelines Waze, even if not all agree with their guidelines ⊠In this way, a user who wants to stay legal would be perhaps more in the eyes of the law even if the risk of getting to amend it seems to me unlikely in Switzerland
For me the problem speeds cameras must be set permanently by Waze. Or they stay on their basic ideas is to remove this feature in Switzerland or they let the user choose whether to be legal or not this is for me the best solution
Gestern war auf RTL bei Stern TV eine Debatte ĂŒber die Blitzer Apps in Deutschland zu sehen. Leider scheint es die Sendung nicht online zu geben. Einen marginale Zusammenfassung findet Ihr im Artikel Blitzer-Apps Verboten! Aber nĂŒtzlich?. GemĂ€ss weiterem Artikel von Stern TV scheint sich offensichtlich wenigstens in Deutschland bezĂŒglich der Legalisierung solcher Apps etwas zu tun.
Anstatt mal endlich das lĂ€stige Tile Update Problem auf den Internationalen Servern zu fixen, machen sie die Blitzer weg⊠So geht der Tag natĂŒrlich auch vorbeiâŠ

Die Blitzer können sie schon wegmachen, wenn man dafĂŒr per Segment die erlaubte Geschwindigkeit angeben kann (Ă la OpenStreet Map) und dann eine Warnung erhĂ€lt, wenn man zu schnell istâŠ
Aber als OpenSource Mensch ist Waze fĂŒr mich eigentlich schon fast gestorben⊠Der native Google Navigator gibt mir auch Stau Infos und der Open Street Map Client (OsmAnd) ist auch ziemlich coolâŠ

Wie schon vorgeschlagen wurde, âspeed cameraâ mit âUnfallschwerpunktâ oder âGefahrenzoneâ ersetzen. Dass sich dann Blitzer zufĂ€llig in diesen Zonen befinden (oder auch nicht), ist ja⊠Zufall.

Hi, speed cameras have been removed from the Waze Map in Switzerland since 2013 due to a prohibitive swiss law. Anyone warning others of a speed cam, using Waze or any other methods does so illegally, and can be subjected to a fine.
