I provided a feedback on a mistake that Waze guided me to block 230A instead of block 230 Tampines Ave 7 and SGwazr, the volunteer editor just simply brush me aside by claiming that there is no 230. I was just there and this newspaper article talked about block 230 at Tampines Avenue 7.

I think SGwazr need to reopen that task
Hi tkenghoe
If you could provide a picture, it would help greatly for the correction.
Thanks
what picture do you mean? if you google, you will get it.
I dont understand.
I found a 230 Tampines St 24, Tampines, Singapore but not on Tampines Ave 7
Hi there, I’ve reconfirmed the address to be 230 Tampines St 24 (which perpendicular to Tampines Ave 7). When using Waze app, please choose 230 Tampines St 24, ignore the Google result being 230 Tampines Ave 7 which is incorrect.

Have the same issue with SGWazr. Just closes cases as he sees fit, without the intention of solving problems. Either decides by his own that the reported issue is wrong and the user that reported has no clue what they did, or claims on insufficient information provided.
The editors has to keep in mind, when a user reports an issue, most of the time, the user is in traffic, driving, and does not have the capability of typing an extended message with detailed explanation of the issue. The user will raise a flag, report an issue, and the eligible editors then should ask for further information, with the intention of solving the issue, rather than by themselves, on (wrong) assumptions deciding the report is not valid or wrong…
If an editor does not have the intention to look into the problem, sort out the issue, and just brush of reports and close the cases, that editor is NOT helping the community and just creating more problems to all…
Would love to see how the waze team, the moderators or other editors in region with the intention of helping can tackle this situation.
I agree. I have the same issue with SGWazr and I have started a thread on this issue. We cannot have “Editors” who do not want to do some real Work and instead just close off edits perhaps just to gain points.
