Block 741 - Wrong direction to a certain destination

The user’s request content:

I was going to 741 Tampines Street 72 and the routing totally ignored that there is an entrance to the block from Tampines Street 73. There is a tiny entrance but the gps ignored it. But when exiting it the gps suddenly remembers that entrance exists.
