not too much information to build on… you may try to update iOS and Waze app in a first place if you haven’t done that already. you may also try to uninstall Waze app and perform clean installation.
if this won’t solve your problem, plase make short video recording or screen recording and share with us.
and, as you posted in Czech and Slovak section of the Waze discuss forum, you may communicate in Czech/Slovak language with us
