The following road on the permalink is now declared permanently closed by both HOA and the LGU:

This road is a private property and was previously used as a shortcut to enter Golden Hills Subdivision area. This is actually just an unpaved path that people just used to unofficially enter our subdivision. Due to security issues surrounding the usage of this road, a resolution has been passed by HOA and LGU to close this and this is now being fenced. (Sample reference: https://fb.watch/s1GnE9zFBn/)

Because this road isn’t updated yet as closed, we have been getting issues with our Foodpanda/Grab/Lalamove and other logistics/deliveries still being routed to this.
