Please can a MTE and the following set of closures be created for Chard Carnival on Saturday 14th October, as this is outside of my editable area.

Please note: This roundabout has NOT been included in the closures, because half of this roundabout will be fenced off to allow traffic to flow in both directions between Crewkerne Rd and Victoria Ave, while the parade goes past on the other side. Leaving this fully open in WME (even though half of it is closed) I think should allow this to happen.
