I’m not entirely sure honestly why that segment is even L4. It likely could just stay 3 given the roads around it, but I’ll leave that decision to you.

Its a traffic lock auto lock. High use road segments will automatically uplock (to A4) as they’re significant. So even though a primary street is L2 (M2), since the autolock exceeds that we do that.

With suggest an edit now, most changes can be achieve with that (other than splitting)
