Our business address for i.e. SmartSystems is not showing the new company address in Waze it’s showing the old one which if 2+ years old.
instead of showing
15200 E Hardy Rd Houston, Tx
it should show
23219 W Hardy Rd
Spring, Tx 77373
I made the requested change. You’ll need to remove the old location from your app or you’ll keep seeing that result. Give the new location a few days to appear in the app.
I also am having an impossible time getting my business, Heeling Sole Barefoot Massage, it’s address changed.
It is showing as
1864 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, Texas, 78209
but since 2020, we have been at the following address:
12915 Jones-Maltsberger Rd, #603, San Antonio, Texas, 78247
I have tried but in the editor it does not allow me to edit anything.
Can you help me please?

Hello Jeni and thanks for reaching out. I eliminated the old entry and added the new location this evening. Give the server a day or two to update and try a search again. You may have to remove the old search entry from your app and add it back new. Let me / us know if you’re still having troubles by the end of the weekend.
