McGrath Auto is new to Waze and we are looking to update all our listings on Waze to accurately reflect our business information. We have several locations that need to be updated.
How do I gain access to edit these locations? We are located in Eastern Iowa, specifically Dubuque, Davenport, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, and Marion.
Volunteer editor replying: Thanks for your post. To update your business info you may enter an Update Request in the Waze app. Only editors with some experience may confirm your info so that it is visible to Waze users. We’d be glad to help you with that. You may enter an Update Request wherever you drive with Waze. Photos in Waze from the parking lot or street are especially helpful.
Would you share the street addresses of your locations so we can be on the lookout for your updates?

I updated one of the stores on Center Point at 4610, and created the PowerSports across the street. Hoping to get to a few more this weekend.
For dealerships with service centers and parts desks, if they have separate entrances for the vehicles or “Parts Door” entrance, you may also create separate businesses with different Entry points. For example, the Service entrance is probably separated from the Sales entrance. Or the Parts desk door may be different than the Sales entrance. You can have folks directed to the closest parking place or entry way.
