First time posting here I hope this is the appropriate place to do it… I recently noticed that the company address for the business I work for is incorrect on the WAZE map. I would typically go the route of reporting the error via the app, but because this is slightly different, being a business, I thought I would post on here.
When you search for the business in the search bar…
The currently address
Silversea Cruises
333 NE 2nd Ave Miami FL 33131
The correct address
333 SE 2nd Ave Miami FL 33131
Any help would be appreciated! Maybe I can get some editor points? LOL Thank you!
Ok, this is what I’ve discovered. Silversea Cruises is not in the Waze app right now. What you’re seeing in the app is the Google search result.
Since you mentioned getting some editor cred, here are the ways we can go forward.
Option 1 — Using the app
When you’re at the location, whether you know it to be on the map or not, tap the Report button and then choose Place. You’ll be prompted to take a photo of the place. Please make sure to take a photo of the outside of the building so it helps Wazers know they are arriving to the correct location. Photos of the inside of a building or the door are not helpful.
The next step will ask you to choose the place you want to link the photo to. If you don’t immediately see the location, try enter a few letters to filter out the results. If nothing shows up after tapping the name, then you know the place does not exist on the Waze map.
Choose the place or tap “Add [the business name]” and choose Done.
Add a Category. This one might be Offices.
Complete the rest of the information to the best of your knowledge.
Verify the location using the little map.
Choose Done.
Option 2 — Log into the Waze Map Editor and add the place

The office I work at has the wrong address. Some how Waze stops like a block away before the actual address.
The address of the business is 5558 S. Flamingo Rd. Cooper City, FL 33330.
I have been trying several times to change it with the instructions you posted, but I guess I am not too savvy with it. Can you give me a hand, I would really appreciate it. Let me know what you need.
Also, for some reason, when I log in into Waze it thinks I am in Israel. I never been to Israel, I live in South Florida. Please advice on how to change this.

Thank you for replying. I am in the office now and I just saw your message. Actually, I just plugged the business address in the waze.com map and it is off. I attached a png file with a screen shot, so that it can illustrate you better. Our address should be where the blue/purple ballon is (to the bottom right hand side of the red ballon) between Green Realty and Thrive Spinal Care.
Regarding the second issue, that happened the first time I logged in in the waze website in the computer, now I just tried it and it showed me Florida, so it is addressed. Thank you
