Hi. AM for this area here… can’t help you with the down-lock, I’m afraid, as I’m only L3 ( 
) - but if all of these segments get downlocked, not just the one you linked to, perhaps you could correct the speed limit all along Old Rd as it changes from 40 to 30 just to the west of the junction with Cae Adar Ln?
Looking around nearby, I also noticed that these segments also need the limit correcting to 40. So a drop on these to at least L3, please - or L1 if Geth would like to do them?!
I’ll check around the rest of Bwlchgwyn and surrounding area over the next few of days.
Segments linked in Gareth’s post are now downlocked to L1.
In second link, these are already at Auto(1).
So they are! Apologies, just glanced very quickly across to the segment properties and convinced myself that they were autolocked at L4 - which I’d have fully expected, to be honest, as the A525 is a busier road than the B5430, so it’s strange that the busier road is autolocked to a much lower editing level.
