Hello, I would like to change the name from Multiservicio Upala to Centro de Servicio Automotriz MCM. I am not physically in Upala, but I have the authorization and a direct relationship with the business.
Hello world_dd2a98bl:
Welcome to the editor community, where you’ll find editors ready to help you.
In this case, I’m sorry I can’t help you as you’ve reached the Spain forum, where we don’t have the permissions to edit in Costa Rica.
I suggest you contact your country’s community at this link https://www.waze.com/discuss/c/editors/costa-rica/edicion-de-mapas/4215 where they will surely be happy to help you
Moving this post to Costa Rica
Hi, the place isn’t on Waze, we’ve already been able to locate and create it.
Hello, Costa Rica editors.
I am requesting the removal of the place Murmuri Concept, located at Route 306 / Santa Marta – Granadilla, Curridabat.
The business no longer operates at this location and I need it to be removed from the Waze map to prevent users from continuing to be directed to this place.
Location: WXJ8+FCW, Route 306, Granadilla, Santa Marta, Curridabat, Costa Rica.

Hi, the place mentioned doesn’t exist in Waze; it could be a result from Google or from your history in the app.
Hello! Yes, it appears in Granadilla de Curridabat
What my colleague means is that if you search for it in the app and it shows up, it’s because that result is being pulled from Google Maps, as it doesn’t exist in Waze. In other words, you have to request that it be removed from Google Maps. Another possibility is that it’s appearing because you have it as a favorite, or it’s in your app history. If this is the case, you’ll see it with a clock icon in the app. Long-press it and choose to delete it.
Regards.
