You may have to just do this connection for me. Because the segment is part of a JB, it’s giving me errors when trying to save as I don’t have permissions to edit a segment (or split it in this case) that’s connected to the JB.

Hmm. Saw the JB but didn’t think it would have any effect. I just attached the roads and allowed the turns. No effect on the JB. Thanks.
