Reason: A sixteen foot bank closure has taken place within the two nodes I have requested for unlock. Many drivers are still chancing it and making them late for work etc as no closure is on the map yet.

This was mapped from the 14th but it expired on the expected end date, this seems to be overrunning. I have once again mapped it as you need to be a L3 editor to add closures.

As you are part of the Mentor program and we are always looking for more local editors, you may wish to discuss with @Ianinessex if you are ready to apply for a Area Manager role which would give you the L3 promotion.
