Cannot disable far lane U-turn on # junction

Steps to reproduce this issue:
Steps to reproduce:

  • create a # (hash) junction
  • create far lane for u-turn
  • disable this u-turn by click on green arrow
  • save
  • far lane arrow is now red
  • reload
  • far lane arrow is now green again

The issue has previously been raised here, so I will go ahead and merge this post there to keep all relevant details in one place.
