Cannot edit segment (driving area)

Hi,
I try to update a street segment but I get the following error message: “You cannot edit this segment. You may only edit segments in your driving area.”

The issue is that this segment shows up in my driven area (layer > editable area).

Can you help?

I notice that the segment is locked to 4 which could be related but then you should get a message saying you can’t edit because it’s locked above your level.
