Cannot select "Other" for Parking Lot Operator

Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
It’s impossible for me to select “Other” as Parking Lot Operator for any Parking Lot. This is with and without scripts, in Beta and Prod.

No operator is an issue, except for other (overige).

Thanks. I’m not convinced “Other” is needed if it can also be left blank, by the way.
