Cannot set Turn around TIO on non-roundabout circular road with JB

Steps to reproduce this issue:
On a normal circular road (non-roundabout) with JB, I cannot set the U-turn to go around the circular road. I can change the path to do so and save it. But then I cannot set the TIO to U-turn. If I then refresh, the route is reset to immediate U-turn.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select incoming road
  2. Set route for U-turn to go around the circular road
  3. Save
  4. Set JB route instruction to U-turn
  5. Save
  6. Save failure message
  7. Undo
  8. Refresh
  9. U-turn route has reset to immediate U-turn
