I am trying to see my control panel via your web site.
I used the login icon in upper right corner and login is successful.
When i push my control panel i need to login again. this time login brings the same login page over and over without my control panel.
Every time i enter username/password i get the same login windows again.
PLEASE HELP

I can access the dashboard without any problem. It seems to be working fine. And yes there are delays with points. They are not lost, you just have to wait.

You quoted my answer for garage100´s issue. Maybe it’s not appropriate for your problem. Can you describe what you are experiencing?
I’ve got the same problem.
Still have 0 points (although I should have some), can’t access the dashboard (ops, something went wrong! in Chrome) and login loop on Edge.
I second what ale_dex says. I’m using Waze app for three days, reported a couple of accidents, and still have 0 points.
Also, dashboard doesn’t work for me at all. It just says “Oops! Something went wrong”
If you need help debugging it, here’s what I see in Chrome devtools. There’s a request to “https://www.waze.com/row-WAS/profile”, and response is: {“code”:0,“reason”:“Internal server error”,“success”:false}
